A significant cultural and artistic event, organized by UNWLA (Ukrainian National Women's League of America), took place in March 2024 at The Huddle, Google Visitor Experience in Mountain View, California. Over 300 guests attended the event within a span of 5 hours, featuring approximately 90 artworks from 19 artists. The exhibition included poetry readings and panel discussions with the artists. This event truly became outstanding for the Ukrainian community in the Bay Area.

My role in the project: art director, designer.

Tasks assigned to me included: conceptualization and content of the event, naming, visual style related to the UNWLA corporate identification rules, design support, and preparation of layouts for social media, website, printed materials, and videos.

All design elements and advertisements were executed in a unified style:

– I created templates for social media posts (featuring participants and event highlights).

– Advertising banners for placement on informational websites and in periodicals.

– Advertising flyers and banners of various formats.

– Dynamic screensavers for displays.

– Layouts for printing artists' biographies.

– Video presentations of artists for display on screens.

– Informational signage and diagrams.

All tasks were executed at a high standard and in constant communication with all participants and organizers.
